As founder and CEO of Tacosa 360, Tanja is a builder by nature. She credits her dad for instilling the mindset to figure things out and make things happen, which shaped her career as a product leader across fintech, AI/ML, CPG, and health & wellness.


After years building teams and driving strategic initiatives in the for-profit sector, mentoring startups, and teaching at the MBA and undergraduate levels, Tanja made an intentional shift. She now brings her business perspective to nonprofits, helping leaders strengthen their organizations, diversify revenue, and scale sustainable impact.


Away from the office, Tanja enjoys traveling, yoga, cooking, and walks along the beach. Her three children keep her grounded with life and leadership lessons, often received with eye rolls and sighs.
