With a vision that every individual deserves access to the resources needed to reach their full potential, Tanja Horan, CEO of Tacosa 360 Consulting, empowers nonprofits to build, sustain, and scale their impact.


A natural builder, Tanja Horan credits her dad for instilling the skills and mindset to make things happen from an early age. Her innate desire to build influenced her success as a product leader, driving products and strategic initiatives across AI & machine learning, fintech, CPG, and health & wellness. Her leadership in product management spans multiple software companies, including building domestic and global teams.


Sharing her experience expanded to coaching startups on their pitches, messaging, and product management and consulting with universities developing their entrepreneur incubator and entrepreneur education program as well as a MBA and undergraduate adjunct professor.


Committed to community service, Tanja’s engagement is reflected in her involvement with the Women United Cabinet for United Way of Greater Atlanta, Leadership Perimeter Class of 2025, and SVP Austin. She has also channeled her passion for advancing STEM education as a Science ATL STEM Professional School Partner.


Tanja received her BA from Vanderbilt University and MBA from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. Away from the office Tanja enjoys yoga, traveling, cooking and long walks in woods or along the beach.
