Her career began with building the Great Wolf Lodge brand, where she played a pivotal role in shaping it into a nationally recognized leader in themed resorts. Today, she brings that same passion and innovation to Boyd Hollow Resorts, leading with a mission of “hospitality with purpose.”

Melissa is also the author of the upcoming book Leading with HEART™, where she introduces her HEART Leadership philosophy — Hospitality, Expectations, Alignment, Resilience, and Trust.
