Dustin Jones

CEO

Dustin Jones is an HR Executive with more than two decades of experience in both tactical HR and HR Leadership, with more than 13 of those years in an executive leadership role. Dustin has experience in a range of companies and industries from manufacturing to telecommunications. During her career she has developed expertise and best practices in HR compliance, mentorship, leadership development, strategic planning and change management. Currently she has her own fractional HR consulting and leadership development business.

Dustin holds a Masters degree in Communications, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in communications from California State University San Marcos and a Management Certification from Southern Methodist University. Dustin is also a Leadership Trainer and Speaker for The John Maxwell Group. She is an active member of DallasHR and SHRM and has volunteered for Dallas HR since 2005. 

Dustin is a speaker and trainer and has presented at local and regional conferences and seminars, including HR Southwest, DallasHR Executive Series, GenHERation and Collin County HR Education Luncheons.

In her free time Dustin is active with the veteran community and is a VFW auxiliary member. A lifelong athlete she enjoys cycling, running and any outdoor activity. She also enjoys spending time with her family and riding motorcycles with her husband.
