For over 25 years, Ms. Villers has provided financial planning advice for parents with a special needs child.  She has two family members with disabilities.Vivian has personally experienced the chaos within her family due to lack of timely planning and is a strong advocate for the need to take action now to create a plan and also to have a Crisis Kit.  She served as a member of the Board of Directors and Finance Committee of The ARC of Illinois and also advised on board member fiduciary responsibilities.  Vivian is a recognized authority on special needs financial planning and has written many articles and given numerous speeches on the topic.
