Speaker Bio

My retail career began with Nordstrom over 30 years ago. Nordstrom provided an excellent foundation to later open Ruby Lou Boutique. As a small business owner I have had the opportunity to gain valuable insight into the industry both from the consumer, wholesale, and business standpoint. Working with thousands of women over the year has given me the ability to fit, educate, relate and guide women with their clothing needs. Ask any retailer and they will tell you our therapy chair is the inviting space we create within our stores. It is about much more than selling and more about connection and helping.
