She has an award-winning Beauty business and leads a global team of Branding and Beauty professionals who Educate, Consult and Curate signature looks and Brand Strategies for brands, executives and corporations.
The team is comprised of licensed hairstylists, certified and professional makeup artists, personal wardrobe stylists, photographers, videographers, and Brand Strategists.
Holly’s professional career started over 25 years ago, in Corporate America, managing multi-million dollar portfolios annually for healthcare companies located around the United States.
Holly’s areas of expertise are Communications, Business Development, Sales and Marketing.
She has a proven track record of creating strategies for maximizing time and profits.
Holly started her professional Beauty career freelancing for luxury international companies: Giorgi Armani Beauty, Yves Saint Laurent, Chanel and Laura Mercier. Holly was a representative /distributor for direct sales brands: Younique Cosmetics, Rodan & Fields, and Jeunesse Global. She trained with Brand Ambassadors for Yves Saint Laurent, Giorgio Armani Beauty, Chanel, as well as the Makeup For Ever Academy New York, trained one-on-one with Derrick Rutledge (Oprah's current makeup artist), as well as one-on-one with Reggie Wells (former makeup artist to Oprah Winfrey), and completed a Master Class with Sir John (celebrity artist to Beyonce, Chrissy Teigen and Joan Small).
Currently, Holly is also the Chief Operating Officer for MLR Agency located in Boston, MA, an experience and production agency providing activations through hair and makeup for global brands and corporations.
