The Premier Success System for Women Entrepreneurs

3 Strategies for Building a Business Structure that Sustains Your Future

Gail Kulas

Designed to give women the keys to unlock the business owner from within, this session helps you work ON your business – not just IN your business.  We will outline the structural components of building a self-sustaining business that can support YOU for years to come. These components include the overall purpose of your business/organization, your strategic goals and focus areas, business structures and systems, so you can realize your dreams and expand your network.  We will work on these 3 areas:

1. Visioning & Growth 2. Business Focus 3. Tools for Success

Speaker Bio

Gail holds two master’s degrees – one in Communication and Information Management and one in Entrepreneurship & Innovative Practices.  Gail has acquired complimentary certifications in Six Sigma, ISO Assessor, Coaching, and Change Management.  She is an Adjunct Professor at two local Universities and is a Board Member for a local Food Pantry.

She has climbed the corporate ladder at companies in manufacturing, financial services and toys.  She has successfully started 3 businesses.  Gail has educated thousands of women and helped them identify their importance and significance from within themselves.  She has spoken on stages to groups of thousands, in boardrooms, and is most passionate about working with groups of 5-10 where she can provide individual focus and leverages the collaboration of others within the group.

As a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator, Gail utilizes play workshops to unlock the creativity, storytelling and inner strength from within each participant.  Her clients build their own transformation and metamorphosis (caterpillar to butterfly) through this powerful method.

Gail knows exactly who she is and what she brings to the table.  She makes no excuses for her high energy, desire to win, and for always striving for the nirvana state of Rainbows & Unicorns.   She helps unlock the potential from within while asking her clients to “put on their itchy sweaters”.  She encourages them to become uncomfortable - being uncomfortable.  Through personal design, the use of practical tools, and storytelling her clients build their new mindset, identify their resistance to change and develop their roadmap for the future.
