High achieving women learn to carry heavy loads, mask true feelings, and mute their voices in order to operate in rooms and arenas frequented. I know this first hand from my experience in Corporate America, leading my $1M+ transportation company, and in a 28 year marriage that ended in divorce. As a businesswoman, if you desire to reach the highest heights of your potential, then committing to the internal work is the lynchpin. This is what I learned and have mastered.
