Sandra Yancey

Sandra spent 13 years working for an international Fortune 500 company holding
several major roles focused on bringing about effective organization change.
Specifically, her last role was as an internal Sr. Consultant, Organization
Design, Development, & Change. Her areas of expertise included strategic
planning, re-engineering, climate assessment and analyses, and leadership
development.
For the last eight years, Sandra has been the president and principal consultant
for her own Dallas-based consulting firm specializing in helping organizations
manage change by increasing employee competence and commitment to effectively
compete in the new economy. Continued repeat consulting assignments with a
core set of clients such as, AT&T, The Wall Street Journal, The Coca-Cola
Company, John Deere, Levi Strauss, and Lexis Publishing, to name a few, attests
to the value and effectiveness of her work.
Sandra holds a Bachelors of Science degree in organizational psychology
from Capital University, Columbus, Ohio and a Masters of Science degree
in organization development from American University, Washington D.C.
She is also a graduate of the prestigious Gestalt Institute in Cleveland,
Ohio where she completed a two-year post-graduate program "Organization and
Systems Development."
As a respected and nationally recognized authority on change management,
Sandra is the author of several highly acclaimed programs:
- Masterful Mentoring: Strategies for Bringing Out the Excellence in Others;
- Tech-N-Touch: Managing the Gap between Technology and People;
- Leading Others, Managing Yourself; and
- Building High Performance Teams.
Sandra has a passion for networking and mentoring, and it's born from years of
connecting with other women during her consulting work and the fulfillment she
received by helping them identify and acquire information, contacts, and skills
to achieve the excellence they seek.
In January 1999, Sandra, along with her husband, Kym, began sowing the seeds
for what would eventually become the greatest and most satisfying journey of
their lifeto create a safe, secure and empowering environment that would
support women and inspire them to "be all that they can truly be." Sandra
combined her years of experience, Kym's e-business and marketing expertise,
along with a world class team of talented and dedicated professionals to officially
launch the first phase of eWomenNetwork.com in September 2006.
eWomenNetwork.com represents the foundation of Sandra's vision and dream
for all womento create a powerful resource for connecting, networking, and
marketing women on a local, regional, and global level. Sandra's philosophy
is a simple one: It's all about giving, it's all about sharing, it's all about
