I've worked in the field of Commercial Real Estate for nearly 10 years in various positions. I am an expert in lease language and recovered over $250,000 (in just one year!) for clients by auditing lease documents to ensure terms are properly administered. I have overseen construction management jobs to completion, prepared operating budgets for commercial buildings and added value to my client's assets while controlling expenses. I'm presently working to broker sale and lease transactions, helping owners to find tenants and tenants to find locations where their businesses will thrive.

I think volunteering is important and I'd like to share a story about one particular group that's very close to my heart: Golden Bond Rescue of Oregon (www.goldenbondrescue.com) Golden Bond Rescue works to place golden retrievers in forever loving homes. It's an all-volunteer non-profit organization and dogs are housed with foster families while they wait for a permanent home of their own (no kennels!). Unable to bring one of these fabulous creatures home myself, I made a donation but I wanted to do more. My family finally agreed to foster a dog and shortly thereafter, Elliott came to us with a story to break your heart. We fell in love and never looked back, adopting him at the first opportunity. He's been with us for about 3 years and continues to be a bright spot in our lives. His waggy tail and happy smile are constant rewards and our family wouldn't be complete without him.
