About:
Donna Madison-Bell is an Independent Educational Consultant and owner of DMBell Educational Enrichment Service. She conducts workshops in the areas of Career Development and Adult Literacy for various non-profit organizations with a mission to serve the community to the homeless, parolees, low-income, unemployed, students, and agencies that provides service to youth in the foster care system who are aging out. Donna is also a Job Coach and Instructor at Heald College and University of Phoenix. As an Educator, she holds a Bachelor's Degree in Speech and Communication from San Francisco State University and a Master's Degree in Adult Education from Florida International University located in Miami Florida.
Unique Qualities:
Donna considers herself an Educator with over 10 plus years teaching in public and private schools, adult education, vocational schools, career colleges, and county jail. A former SFCASA (San Francisco Court Appointed Special Advocate), Donna has mentored a young lady since 2003 and continues to be a positive role model and special companion. While serving as a volunteer for the ministry "Girls Scouts Beyond Bars" in Florida, Donna’s passion towards others gave her the opportunity to be a mentor/counselor to female inmates.

Donna's passion is to educate both children and adults to achieve their highest potential. Prior to starting her own business, she worked as a Career Service Coordinator managing the responsibilities as a Director for the Career Services Department at Heald College in San Francisco, Career Service Coordinator/Externship at formerly known Silicon Valley College in Fremont California, Job Coach with JOBS Ministry at Abundant Life Christian Center in Mountain View California. In addition, as a Career Development Instructor at Berkeley Adult School in Berkeley California and Job Corps Treasure Island in San Francisco. She is also a former AmeriCorps Volunteer and worked as an Adult Literacy Tutor and conducted workshops to parolees in East Palo Alto California. Moreover, Donna has worked as a professional tutor with various agencies throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
