Appraisal Master, Inc. is a residential real estate appraisal company established in 2000 by Jim and Nancy Tamulis. Jim has been a residential and commercial appraiser for the past 20+ years in Massachusetts and Virginia. Nancy manages the day-to-day operations of the office and staff with a background in sales, management and customer service.

Appraisal Master has two offices. The Northern Virginia office services Loudoun, Fairfax, Prince William and Fauquier Counties. The Worcester, MA office services Essex, Hampden, Hampshire, Norfolk, Northern Bristol and Worcester Counties. The Virginia office serves as the corporate office for accounting, order placement and the review process for all appraisal reports sent to our clients. When a client registers with the office they will be able to have 24/7 access to status their orders through our web site at www.appraisalmaster.com and eTrac. Loan officers will also be able to place orders through eTrac.

All appraisers at Appraisal Master are employees who are required to surpass mandatory minimum continuing education requirements each license renewal cycle. All appraisers are required to contact the borrower, homeowner or real estate broker within 24 hours for an appointment. Appraisal Master is licensed in both Massachusetts and Virginia, E&O insured, EDI or PDF capable. We are FHA approved; perform all types of residential appraisals including relo, REO’s, new construction, field reviews and desk reviews. All appraisals completed in a timely manor.

There are many and very diverse purposes for a real estate appraisal. Appraisal Master regularly completes assignments for banks, mortgage brokers, mortgage lenders, attorneys, private parties, financial planners, accountants and real estate brokers. The variety purposes might include: purchase of real property, refinancing real property, the elimination of PMI (private mortgage insurance), probate estates, divorce settlements, financial planning, and the possible future sale of a property.

Customer and client service is paramount at Appraisal Master. The office is open from 9:00AM to 6:00PM, Monday through Friday.
