	The GLOW Project “Affiliate Link Program” Terms and Conditions (Read and Confirm Acceptance) Applying: To become an Affiliate under The GLOW Project “Affiliate Link Program,” it is important that you read and understand these Terms and Conditions. You will agree to accept the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement by clicking on “Create My Account” at the bottom of this page. · This Agreement is between The GLOW Project and your website. · Please allow 5 business days before you will receive an email with a determination of your acceptance. · We will review your website and advise you by email of the acceptance of your application. Accepted Affiliates will receive full instructions for use of their Affiliate Link. · Websites may be rejected for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate or objectionable material. · Applications must be completely filled out or they will not be accepted. · Your website must be posted at the time of your application. · The GLOW Project will be responsible for all aspects of order processing and fulfillment of our products/services. Commissions: · As a participant in The GLOW Project Affiliate Link Program, you will be entitled to receive a commission on any fully-paid purchases received through your Affiliate Link. · Commission checks will be mailed by the 30th day of the month, following the month in which the sale was made. · Should any loss be incurred on an order due to return of products or a charge back, The GLOW Project will reverse any commissions paid out on the sale. · Before a check will be written to the Affiliate, the Affiliate must send The GLOW Project an IRS Form W-9. Send your W-9 by fax to the attention of: “Member Services Department, The GLOW Project.” Our fax is: 941-485-2306. Our email is: affiliates@GLOWproject.org · A check will be written to the Affiliate for each month that a minimum of $25 has been earned. Amounts less than $25 will count towards the next business month. Terms and Termination: · Affiliate will earn commission fees only on sales occurring during the term of this Agreement. · The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date we accept your application into the Affiliate Link Program, and will end when terminated by either party, as set forth herein. · Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other Party 15 days written notice of termination. (Send to affiliates@GLOWproject.org with “Termination of Agreement” included in the email subject.) · The GLOW Project may terminate this Agreement effective immediately if Affiliate violates the terms of this Agreement, improperly uses The GLOW Project name, logo, or graphics or includes a link to The GLOW Project website in any form of unsolicited communication such as spam, or in any other way adversely affects the reputation of The GLOW Project. This includes any obscene or objectionable material appearing on the website of the Affiliate. · Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, the Affiliate will promptly remove all The GLOW Project marks from their website. Modifications: · The GLOW Project reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement, in our sole and absolute discretion without prior notice to our Affiliates. We will make a reasonable attempt to communicate any modification to you by email. Your continued participation as an Affiliate after such modification will constitute your acceptance to the modified terms and conditions.
