Who We Are:

The heart of eWomenNetwork is the eWomenNetwork Foundation, a 501(c)(3) created soon after the start of eWomenNetwork, Inc. Through this non-profit organization, we are able to build upon the philosophy of our company “It takes teamwork to make the dream work” and extend its reach to those who need it most.

The eWomenNetwork Foundation provides a multitude of ways for our members to reach out beyond their own companies to support women who are less fortunate.  

Through funds raised by our member chapters and the generosity of many others, eWomenNetwork Foundation is able to provide, among other things:

• cash grants to local non-profit organizations throughout North America addressing the needs of women and families
• through our International Femtor Awards program, scholarships to "Emerging Leaders" who, at a young age, have already demonstrated outstanding leadership and a commitment to serving others and special recognition awards to those women who have been exemplars of the "lift as you climb" philosophy of giving back  
• Integrity Loan Program for women who need help growing their business

Since its inception, the eWomenNetwork Foundation has awarded over $600,000 in cash and in-kind services to numerous International Femtor® Award winners and grant recipients. To date, 24 non-profit organizations from across the United States have been honored for their work in supporting the emotional and physical well being of women and children. In addition, over 50 women have been acknowledged for their success in the business and philanthropic world.

• To raise funds in support of health, safety and wellness initiatives that benefit women in all phases of their lives.
  
  
• To provide financial and networking support to female students who have achieved academic excellence and demonstrated a commitment to success as a business or professional leader.
  
  
• To establish partnerships with non-profit organizations, corporations, and local, civic, and governmental agencies who can provide resources to our target population and help to raise funds for them.
  
  
• To share the vast collective talents, experience and wisdom of thousands of eWomenNetwork members with women in need and to support future business and community leaders by "femtoring," educating and training them.
  
  
• To encourage an environment of caring, healing and growth for women and girls by helping them to achieve their optimum potential in all spheres of their lives.
  

Our Programs

"Accelerated Networking" Events
eWomenNetwork locations throughout the US and Canada hold monthly events to both allow members to showcase their businesses and at the same time, raise money for the Foundation. All of the proceeds from these events are dedicated to Foundation giving. The local chapters identify organizations in need within their own communities to be the beneficiaries of Foundation grants.

Affiliate Alliances
eWomenNetwork Foundation works cooperatively with many community-minded corporations, professional organizations and civic groups. These partnerships provide fundraising opportunities for the Foundation while at the same time offering discounts and other benefits to the thousands of eWomenNetwork members.

Collaborative Partnerships
The Foundation offers the professional and personal resources of eWomenNetwork members to academic institutions and other agencies that provide services to women in need and students. Through these partnerships, eWomenNetwork members "femtor," teach and train to inspire women to cope, grow and heal.

International Femtor Awards
Each year, local eWomenNetwork chapters nominate young women from their communities for our International Femtor Awards. The opening gala evening of the eWomenNetwork Annual International Conference & Business Expo is dedicated to the Foundation’s good work, and demonstrates to our donors how their contributions are being awarded. On this special night, finalists for the Emerging Leader of the Year learn who among them has been chosen for this coveted designation. These exceptional women receive scholarships to attend the Conference in order to be recognized and honored for the track record they have already developed of leadership, accomplishment, and service to others. In addition, the awardees are given the opportunity to network and learn from other accomplished women in attendance at the Conference. The evening also provides a platform to honor a Business Woman of the Year, Business Matchmaker of the Year and a Lifetime Achievement award winner. Grant Awards
The eWomenNetwork Foundation also provides a way to award funds to other non-profits making a difference within their local communities. Our members identify worthy organizations whose impact on the lives of women and children merit recognition and support. Grant recipient organizations are guests of the eWomenNetwork Annual International Conference and Business Expo so they can be honored and given their grant award amidst the very women who have generated the funds awarded. All grant monies raised locally are given back to the local community.
