When was eWomenNetwork started?

eWomenNetwork was conceived in July of 1999. From July, 1999 through August, 2000, numerous focus groups and research studies were conducted throughout North America.

eWomenNetwork.com went live on the Internet September 18, 2000.






What is the big picture—the grand vision of eWomenNetwork?

Our vision is to provide women with unprecedented access and exposure for the purpose of building their enterprise, fast tracking their career, providing convenient access to resources and generating revenue for each member through the sale of their products/services. Our goal is to help women succeed, achieve and prosper.

We focus on how to support and give to each other, provide stimulating new ideas for professional and personal growth and create new revenue-generating business relationships for our members.

We also plan to be a major contributor to world causes through the eWomenNetwork Foundation. Our Foundation is a separate 501(c)(3) organization that has been established to help other not-for-profit enterprises meet the challenges of helping underpriviledged women and girls to cope, grow and heal, as well as provide valuable "femtoring" opportunities to female students who have achieved academic excellence and demonstrated a commitment to success as business or professional leaders.






How does eWomenNetwork generate traffic to its web site?

Attracting customers to the eWomenNetwork.com web site is one of the most exciting and attractive features in deciding to become a member of the network.

Here are some of the ways that we drive traffic to the members of eWomenNetwork:

  1. We have a consistent print media campaign to position and brand eWomenNetwork.com as the #1 resource for connecting and promoting women and their businesses worldwide. We run full- or half-page ads in local, regional and national women's business magazines and with newspaper Affiliate Alliances throughout North America. We are the only women's business web site in North America that has an affiliate network of publishing alliances.

  2. We have the #1 women's business radio show on the largest ABC radio affiliate in North America, News/Talk 820 WBAP, broadcasting out of Dallas, Texas. Our radio show airs every Sunday from 7–8 PM central. It is the only show that showcases female business owners and professionals and provides them a way to promote who they are and what they have to offer. Our radio show is also simulcast live over the Internet, reaching a worldwide listening audience.

I would like to become an eWomenNetwork Premier Faculty member. What is the process for being considered?

The first step is to join eWomenNetwork. All faculty members are members first, and we only consider submissions to our faculty from members.

If you are a member and you want to be considered for our faculty, please forward your press package along with your video (you must have a video to be considered) to:

If you are currently an active member of eWomenNetwork and you would like to be considered for one of our Premier Coach positions, please send an email to Coaches@eWomenNetwork.com. You will need to provide the following:
  • Your eWomenNetwork sign-in name

  • A brief explanation for why you want to be considered for the position

  • Your resume and/or biography

  • Three letters of reference from clients

  • Completion and certification through an accredited coaches training program, preferred

  • Minimum of 100 hours of coaching experience completed

  • Your complete contact information

eWomenNetwork has members in all 50 states and throughout Canada, with active chapters in many cities. Our goal is to establish chapters in all of North America's major cities and in many smaller communities as well.

We are currently interviewing candidates for Managing Director positions and would welcome the opportunity to explore the possibilities that may exist for you with eWomenNetwork. These are exciting, prestigious and profitable positions, and only members of eWomenNetwork are offered opportunities to become Managing Directors.
