Chatter, The Tao of Julia

A new play by Corny Koehl
Chatter,The Tao of Julia

When you ask yourself a question, who answers back? When you act on gut instinct, from where does that wisdom emanate? When self-doubt creeps into your life, whose voice do you hear?

We all have voices in our head. Most of us have a committee of voices, each of which will drown out the next for the simple pleasure of being heard. One voice whispers that you should, another maintains you shouldn’t, while yet another insists that you can’t.

In the span of a single night, and from the mind of a single woman, Chatter represents the familiar symphony of voices in our heads, and Julia embodies the human search for clarity and meaning the midst of all that chatter.

What People Are Saying About CHATTER

"Where some people's minds are dangerous neighborhoods where no one would want to go, Corny Koehl's interior life is full of wry humor, devastating honesty, liberating insights, and an overall conviviality that invites us all to come in, sit down, and be simultaneously enlightened and entertained. Anyone who's ever spent an anxious night will find hilarity and hope in Koehl's 'CHATTER.'"

— Martha Beck, Life coach, columnist for O the Oprah Magazine, and author of six books, including "Steering by Starlight"
