After 20 rewarding years in Information Technology and a successful career at IBM, Jeanie Douthitt made the decision to enter the real estate industry. With her sales and marketing experience, a philosophy to provide the highest level of professionalism, and a passion for making dreams come true, Jeanie established herself in Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society, Presidents Club and was named Top Individual Sales Associate. Her continued success has lead to numerous articles and distinguished nominations in multiple DFW publications.

Because of her passion and desire to help the underserved, she designed and implemented a program for single women who want to purchase a home on their own, called “Smart Women Buy Homes”. She established a team of professionals who share the same values she built her business on; dedication, professionalism and outstanding customer service. They are devoted to helping single women achieve the “American dream” of home ownership, and ease the intimidation factor when making the decision of what could be an individual’s largest financial commitment.

Gail Sullivan

Gail A. Sullivan is the founder and CEO of BECAUSE WOMEN, LLC, which motivates and inspires women to achieve personal and professional success through quality conferences, workshops, forums and events. She has built up her professional portfolio to include over 25 years of diversified event planning, inspirational and motivational speaking and coaching in the education, non-profit and corporate environments.

Gail has also authored the book: The Yellow Brick Road: A Woman's Journey to the Edge and Back. Victorious in her efforts of self discovery, healing and restoration, Gail has risen to the call of bringing together the worlds of women, business and spirituality with a voice of inspiration and motivation that is sure to move today’s businesswomen towards achieving their greatest success in all areas of life.

Cassaundra StJohn is a Business Development Entrepreneur dedicated to building and growing women’s businesses in a WHOLE-istic manner.

As a United States Air Force Veteran with an MBA in Marketing and International Business, she has built and grown organizations worldwide. Her extensive experience in Advertising and Venture Capital enables her clients to have a turnkey solution for their business. She is a serial entrepreneur who has focused her learning and experience on facilitating women in business. Cassaundra's focus on female veterans and their transition into the entrepreneurial world is her passion and a primary focus of Copperrock for the future. Her approach to Business Development works through a process that touches all aspects of building a business-from idea inception to market execution.

Vikki Loving

Vikki Loving began the InterSource Companies with the founding of InterSource Executive Search in 1986, in Atlanta, Georgia.

InterSource Executive Search specializes in the research, identification, qualification and placement of key executives for companies who retain her firm to infiltrate and source critical skills and experience that would be beneficial to their organization.

Prior to creating InterSource, Vikki had worked for Motorola, McDonnell Douglas and three Texas State Agencies. When not working, you can find Vikki busy writing books and speaking on quirky Austin topics. She most recently published “Wildly Austin” a book about local landmark art.

Becky Shook-Wotzka

Becky Shook-Wotzka is a Psychology Practitioner who owns Fairway Divorce Solutions-Sacramento; an alternative way of approaching divorce that is changing the way divorce happens across North America. Ms. Shook-Wotzka is the President & the Lead Senior Negotiator of the Sacramento franchise and led the branch to over $100,000 in revenue going into its second year of business.

With passion and drive for making a difference in people’s lives, Becky puts herself in the middle of tough conflict situations every day in order to facilitate people moving from a painful place to a place where fresh starts are possible.

Dawn Peters

Dawn Peters is an International coach and personal development veteran, entrepreneur, mentor, and speaker.

Drawing on a Degree in Psychology, Certificates in Therapeutic Massage and Cordon Blue cooking, coupled with her real-life global and personal experiences, she formed her company, Naked Health. She coaches, motivates and inspires people to get healthy through eating and lifestyle modification. Deidra Ryan, CPA

Deidra Ryan, owner of DMR Accounting & Consulting, enjoys supporting clients by providing them with knowledge to run their businesses and technology more efficiently and effectively. Her specialties include simplifying accounting processes, as well as training, mentoring and managing an accounting staff.

Deidra has worked with a variety of for-profit and non-profit clients, multi-million dollar construction and civil engineering companies, retail, restaurant and a variety of local businesses, trade associations and foundations whose annual budgets range from $25,000 to $75,000,000.

She is also a former board member of the non-profit YouthLaunch, which helps young people make a difference in their lives by making a difference in their community.
