Marketing Coordinator (Addison, TX)
Job Overview:
This position is perfect if you are comfortable wearing multiple hats. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented with strong project follow up skills and have an upbeat, affable personality. This position requires great verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time. This position is responsible for, and not limited to, coordinating, implementing and managing select company activities, sponsorship campaigns and special event projects. Will maintain accurate and updated records on all projects assigned and provide weekly status reports detailing account activity.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Good project management skills.
- Sound knowledge of marketing principles.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media policies and strategies.
- Ability to work individually and ability to handle self-driven projects efficiently.
- Ability to establish good relations with all levels of employees and business partners.
- Conversant with report writing, business procedures and correspondence.
- First class copyright skills and ability to use various technical aspects of the marketing theory for a wide range of customers.
- Time management, fixing priorities, organizing skills, attentiveness, accuracy in performance.
- Statistical knowledge for analyzing systems and data for suggesting quick solutions for the problems.
- Effective presentation of information and strong spoken language skills for responding to questions from managers, clients and the general public.
- Absolutely must be detail-oriented -- essential to be considered for this position.
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office, Dreamweaver or Photoshop (a plus), Internet and social media sites.
Qualifications:
- Degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations or equivalent experience
- Previous marketing or project management experience preferred
- Excellent follow up, organization and communication skills

Jr. Web Designer
eWomenNetwork, Inc. currently has an opening for a Jr. Web Designer who will be responsible for daily updates and development of our corporate and community websites. These updates include creating and editing graphics, formatting and laying out text, and adding video and audio to our website.
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- 1-2 years web development experience
- Hands on experience with HTML and CSS
- Experience updating and maintaining websites built in WordPress
- Hands-on experience developing web graphics in Photoshop
- Use of basic video editing in FinalCut or iMovie a plus
The Ideal candidate will also possess the following skills:
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
- Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Must be legal to work in the United States. We do not sponsor
